He frequently combines cataract procedures with Toric lens implants and Limbal Relaxing Incisions to effectively address astigmatism.
With over 16,000 cataract surgeries performed , Dr. Singh brings exceptional expertise to his field. He was also among the first ophthalmologists in Nevada to be certified on the LENSAR femtosecond laser system, a state-of-the-art laser technology that enhances surgical precision during cataract surgery. Dr. Singh is also highly skilled in the use of the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL), a cutting-edge intraocular lens that can be customized after surgery to achieve optimal visual outcomes tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and vision needs.

Dr. Singh earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, graduating with cum laude honors. He went on to receive his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University School of Medicine. His internship was completed at the esteemed St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, affiliated with Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City.
Dr. Singh received extensive surgical training during his ophthalmology residency at Los Angeles County Drew Medical Center, where he trained under the guidance of internationally renowned surgeons from both the UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute and Drew Medical Center. As a junior resident, he was honored with the M. Roy Wilson Award for Outstanding Medical and Surgical Ophthalmology Resident of the Year. He completed his residency as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology at the State University of New York.
Dr. Singh is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Medical Association. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he is involved in training the next generation of medical professionals.
