Dr. Singh earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, graduating with cum laude honors. He went on to receive his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University School of Medicine. His internship was completed at the esteemed St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, affiliated with Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City.
Dr. Singh received extensive surgical training during his ophthalmology residency at Los Angeles County Drew Medical Center, where he trained under the guidance of internationally renowned surgeons from both the UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute and Drew Medical Center. As a junior resident, he was honored with the M. Roy Wilson Award for Outstanding Medical and Surgical Ophthalmology Resident of the Year. He completed his residency as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology at the State University of New York.
Dr. Singh is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Medical Association. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he is involved in training the next generation of medical professionals.
